I have several reasons why I haven’t blogged in a while, but I decided I am done with all that! No excuses and just me taking control of my life. I am trying to do the best I can, and so far things have really been lookin up for me. I have an awesome job and my health is improving. I am slowly but surely making friends here and I am HAPPY. You heard it right, I am HAPPY!
I just thought I would post a couple of pictures from like ages ago now, but they are fun! On memorial day I did the Bolder Boulder! It was so fun. well it kind of killed me, but I still am happy I did it.
I have really made it a goal to get healthy. I have dieted a ton in my life, but now I am just trying to get healthy and I am actually loving it! I keep saying “health is in my future!”   Even though I still have a lot of weight to lose, I am doing better than everyone else still sitting on the couch! I have lost a lot of weight since the beginning of the year and don’t plan on stopping! I am so excited! That’s all I am gonna say for today. Talk at ya’ll soon!

I think this is just wonderful! It takes so much to become a better person. And I’m so proud of you. You are looking fantastic and that’s awesome you participated in that marathon. I’m sure it was crazy hard. I don’t know if I could do it. But you go girl!!!!
Good for you girl! Getting “Healthy” is my goal as well…spent nearly half a century dieting without a real success because the diets did not leave me feeling ‘healthy’ at all. I am glad the new job is working out and you are making new friends too

Congrats on running too. I hate running. Hiking is ok and I used to cycle but my foot and back started to bother me and I quit.
I am newer to life to fitness. I can’t really run, but jog. And not for very long, lol. I am really trying to achieve health. I have struggled all my life, and am excited to be getting healthy and losing weight as a side effect!
Congratulations!!! I’m trying to do better. I get up every morning and walk 40 minutes on my treadmill…but unfortunately, I like food!
Girl! It’s tricky!! I started out only being able to walk for about 15 min in Feb of this year. Now I can walk over two hours and jog a little bit too! I LOVE FOOD too! I like visalus because I still get to eat
