This is a fun fall Visalus Recipe. Â I’ve got these puppies cooking in the oven right now!
Nonstick cooking spray
1/2 cup LIBBY’S 100% Pure Pumpkin
1/3 cup brown sugar blend
1 large egg
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 scoops vi shake mix1 cup all-purpose flour1 teaspoon baking powder1 packet chocolate cardia1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 teaspoon ground allspice1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg1/3 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini MorselsMix dry ingredients first blend, then add the rest of the ingredientsBake @ 350 for 25 minutes but depends on your oven
Who doesn’t love brownies and raspberries? I know I do! Even better, put them together in these Tuxedo Brownies!
- 1 pkg brownie mix
- 1/2 seedless raspberry jam
- 2 C fresh raspberries
- 3 oz white chocolate
- 2 pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 C powdered sugar
- 1/4 C milk
- 8 oz container whipped cream, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Â Lightly spray the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.Â Prepare and bake brownie mix according to pkg directions.Â Cool completely.Â Spread jam onto brownie, reserve 1/2 C raspberries for garnish, but arrange the remaining raspberries evenly over jam.
In microwave, heat chocolate on high for 1 min; stir.Â Heat an additional 30 sec or until chocolate is completely melted when stirred; cool slightly.Â Meanwhile combine cream cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl, mix well.Â gradually whisk in melted chocolate and milk.Â fold in whipped topping; spread carefully over raspberries.Â Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.Â Cut into squares and garnish with the reserved raspberries.Â Store, covered in the refrigerator.
This is my grandmother’s recipe. She always made pumpkin bread from scratch. This is so moist and delicious, you will have to try it!
- 3 C flour
- 3 C sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of ground cloves
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 C water
- 1 C canned pumpkin
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Â Sift together dry ingredients.Â Beat eggs, oil, water and pumpkin.Â Add dry ingredients, blend and pour into greased loaf pans.Â Bake 1 hour.
This is an awesome chocolate mayo cake recipe.Â It’s super delish and rich!
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 C Hellmanns mayonnaise
- 1 C water
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Â Grease and lightly flour two 9″ round cake pans.Â In a large bowl, with electric mixer on low speed, beat cake mix, mayonnaise, water, eggs and cinnamon for 30 seconds.Â Beat on medium speed scraping the sides occasionally 2 min.Â Pour batter into prepared pans.Â Bake 30 min or until cooked through.Â On wire rack, cool 10 min.Â Remove from pans and cool completely.Â Top with your favorite frosting.
This is the best lasagna I have ever had!!!Â Seriously.Â These are simple instructions on how to make chicken lasagna.
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1 cube chicken boullion
- 1/4 C hot water
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- 2 C shredded mozarella cheese
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce
Cook lasagna noodle in boiling water for 8-10 min.Â Place chicken in saucepan with enough water to cover and boil.Â Cook for 20 min.Â Remove from saucepan and shred.Â Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Â Dissolve boullion in hot water.Â Mix chicken with boullion, cream cheese and 1 C mozz cheese.Â Spread 1/3 C spaghetti sauce, cover with chicken mix, top with 3 lasagna noodles, layer and bake for 45 min.Â There won’t be any leftovers!!!
This was my grandmothers recipe and I love it!Â It’s the best caramel corn recipe ever!
- 8 quarts of freshly popped popcorn
- 1 C white karo syrup
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 C sugar
Preheat oven to 225 degrees.Â Combine all ingredients except the popcorn in a saucepan.Â Bring to a boil and cook 5 min.Â Remove from heat and add 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp baking soda which have been mixed together.Â Pour over popcorn – mix well.Â Spread in greased cookie sheet.Â Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 min.Â Store in a tightly covered container.

- Hellmanns mayonnaise
- 4 flour tortillas
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 medium tomatoes, cut into 8 wedges
- 1/2 lb chicken, cooked and cut into strips
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crisp
Apply desired amount of mayonnaise to tortillas.Â Layer lettuce, tomato, chicken and bacon down the center of each tortilla.Â Roll it up and enjoy!
I first had these for Thanksgiving at my sisters house in 2003.Â They were to die for.Â I have only made them a few times since, because they make so many… but they are Soooooooooo good!
- 1 C sugar
- 2 Tbsp concentrate OJ
- 1/2 C melted butter
- 2 pkg pillsbury refrigerator rolls
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Â Line rolls in bread pan.Â Mix topping and pour over rolls.Â Bake for 20-30 min.Â Be sure to try out this Orange Rolls Recipe

- 1/2 C Hellmanns mayonnaise
- 1/4 C grated parmesan cheese
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 4 tsp italian seasoned bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.Â In medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and cheese.Â On baking sheet, arrange chicken.Â Evenly top with mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.Â Bake 20 min or until chicken is cooked through.
